No. Even though we provide the dashboard to store all the vehicle information and their service history, we do not consider the platform as a Fleet management platform.
Miles portal is cloud based platform that is an extension of the Technical Consultancy & Service Assistance service that we provide to all vehicle owners. Miles platform allows you to track all the services carried out through Miles in one central location. You can also use the platform to book a service within few clicks.

Is it safe to pay using Credit Card on Miles website?
Yes. We use one of the reputed Payment Gateway service provided in Qatar. All your credit card information and payment processing happens on the Payment Gateway platform. Miles do not collect or store any credit card details directly on our website.
For payments, we redirect to the Payment Gateway provider's website. Once payment is completed, the acknowledgement is shared back to Miles, which is stored under your account for future verification.
What happens if an accident happens when the vehicle is with Miles?
Miles will take the full responsibility and get the vehicle repaired. We will follow the standard procedure and use the vehicle insurance to get the repairs done.
In case the insurance is only third party coverage, the cost for repairing your vehicle will be the responsibility of Miles.
Why should I use Miles services?
Miles provides Technical Consultation & Service Assistance for all your vehicle needs. We will be an extension of your team to take care of all your vehicle needs. We are different from a garage or spare parts dealer, as we mainly focus on the coordination and quality of the services carried out.
We ensure that your vehicle gets the most appropriate service by professional technicians, which in the long run extends the life span of the vehicle and saves cost on services.
Miles Service Coordinators, being in the locality when the service is carried out, will also ensure that the works are carried out as per the requirement. They will also ensure that garages are not recommending unnecessary repair works that are not required.
Is Miles a Garage?
No. Miles provides Technical Consultation & Service Assistance for all your vehicle needs. We come as a support for you to manage your vehicle, irrespective of the situation and location.
Does Miles give warranty on the Services?
Based on the type of service, we provide 6 months to 1 year warranty, that will be mentioned in the invoices shared. We do not provide warranty on parts.
