We provide services in all areas of Qatar. However, our free pick and drop services are currently limited to 30 kms circle from Doha.
For any other areas we use Towing Services which shall be chargeable.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Not always. The type of payment depends on the type of services requested by the customer. The SERVICE Team will notify the customer after detailed inspection of the vehicle with a Job Estimate and the type of payment required.
Corporate Customers shall have payment terms based on agreements.
However, you will be required to pay in full prior to delivery or handover of the Vehicle after services.
How soon can you get my vehicle back?
For routine services, maintenances we aim to hand over the vehicle the same day. While the schedule depends on many underlying factors as in pick up time, customer approvals or any other unforeseen circumstances we also ensure that the customer is well informed to plan their activities.
For corrective maintenance works, the delivery schedule will be communicated to the customer only after the Inspection has been completed. Our service tracking system enables us to easily identify any delays with any of our partnered vendors.
Throughout the process we ensure that the customer is well aware of the expected date and time of completion.
Do I get access to my vehicle service history?
Yes. Once logged into your dashboard, you can view all your vehicle service history, the payments done and the job cards related to each of the services done in the past.
Is Miles a Fleet Management platform?
No. Even though we provide the dashboard to store all the vehicle information and their service history, we do not consider the platform as a Fleet management platform.
Miles portal is cloud based platform that is an extension of the Technical Consultancy & Service Assistance service that we provide to all vehicle owners. Miles platform allows you to track all the services carried out through Miles in one central location. You can also use the platform to book a service within few clicks.

Is it safe to pay using Credit Card on Miles website?
Yes. We use one of the reputed Payment Gateway service provided in Qatar. All your credit card information and payment processing happens on the Payment Gateway platform. Miles do not collect or store any credit card details directly on our website.
For payments, we redirect to the Payment Gateway provider's website. Once payment is completed, the acknowledgement is shared back to Miles, which is stored under your account for future verification.
Which vehicle brands does Miles Automobiles support?
We endorse a wide range of major vehicle brands and have established partnerships with numerous garages and vendors throughout Qatar, each specializing in various types of vehicles and services. Our service team consists of industry experts who can direct you to the optimal location for top-notch services.
Additionally, we have collaborations with international suppliers to assist in case of market-related challenges concerning parts availability.
